Anderson Uwadiae Asemota Esq.

Anderson Asemota is the founding and Managing Partner of Neplus Ultra Attorneys. He currently leads its Civil Litigation and Election Petition team. Anderson is a graduate of Ambrose Alli University (AAU), Ekpoma where he bagged his LL.B (Hons) (Second Class Upper Division) and was immediately called to the Nigerian Bar having passed the Bar finals with flying colours. He is also a UK certified Arbitrator.

He began practice immediately after he was called to the prestigious Nigerian Bar. He moved to Benin joining one of the oldest continuing litigation law firm in Benin City where he garnered extensive knowledge in litigation before joining the law firm of Ford Orbih SAN & Co., where he grew and rose to the position of Head of Chambers, and which position he held for over Seven (7) years before he left.

While with Ford Orbih SAN & Co., he personally handled and participated in over 30 election petition cases and over 100 regular civil matters. He was part of the legal team that represented the Respondents in the Edo State National Assembly Election Tribunal in 2015. He handled 12 of the Rivers State House and National Assembly election petition from commencement to their logical conclusions in 2015 of which he only lost 3 at the Court of Appeal.
